There are several answers to this question: the average, measured in mLs; the amount your guy ejaculates, which could be more or less; and how much it feels like because when that rocket is going off it can be quite overwhelming.
I've always known the average amount of cum to come from a man's orgasm to be less that a tablespoon and a quick read on wikipedia states that the amount a man ejaculates varies widely from between .1mL to 10mL. (A tablespoon is 15mL.)
So when you think about it in absolute terms, two thirds of a tablespoon doesn't seem like much. But is this how much your guy ejaculates? There is a wide variety between different men. Also, the amount an individual comes can vary depending on how long you give him head before he comes and also depending on how long it has been since the last time he came. Waiting a longer time will ususally mean more cum (and a more intense orgasm).
And when his rocket is blasting off inside your mouth, it can seem like much more that a tablespoon! Not only is his cum jetting into your mouth but also your saliva glands will probably be expelling saliva at the same time.
So there you have it. Usually, not so much but it definitely can feel like it.
