Question

Why do I have these small red dots on the head of my penis after my girlfriend gave me a blowjob?

Answer

You recently got a blowjob and now you have red dots on the head of your penis. This is understandably some cause for concern and as most people tend to do in these situations, you have tunred to the web for guidance.

First thing you should do is wait a day or two. No more than two. Don't mastubate or have sex or get head or do anything else to agitate your penis. If you penis goes back to normal in this time you can be pretty sure it was just a friction rash.

If the red dots are still there after a couple of days with no touching, it's probably something more. It could be a yeast infection or something worse. I have no idea of your sexual history but even if the only unprotected thing you've done is gotten a condom-less blowjob, you can still contract an STD/STI this way. Safe sex blowjobs mean using a condom.

In the event they don't go away, it's time to visit your local sexual health clinic or, if that isn't available, your local GP. They are the only ones that can properly diagnose and advise you on this. Also, let me say I'm not a doctor so anything I say is, for the sake of legalities, not to be relied upon.

However, the last thing is don't worry unless the sexual health people tell you to, as most cases of red dots on the head of your penis are not cause for concern.
