    It sounds like your husband is experiencing premature ejaculations. If you want help for that, practice is recommended. Practice involves stimulation (blowjob, handjob, etc) then slowing down or stopping when he feels like he's getting close to orgasm. Keep practicing not coming and he'll get better at it.

    In addition to the practice, when he comes very quickly you should be sure that he does other things for your pleasure. Sex doesn't have to stop when the man orgasms. Alternatively, and I've also read of this as a good way to overcome problems with premature orgasms, is when he does come prematurely, don't stop sex, just have a time out. When he has recovered, try again. The idea is don't wait long periods between trying because he'll likely be in exactly the same condition.
